1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used herbal products.

  • Products with broken safety seals.

  • Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer.

  • Products purchased during clearance or special promotions (unless damaged or incorrect).

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be made via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

4. Exchanges

We will gladly replace products if they arrive damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was delivered. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Organo Herbs will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is for any other eligible reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
